Byrd Family Group LLC, doing business as Blue City Dispatch ("Dispatcher"), finds and negotiates loads, handles rate confirmations and paperwork, and makes check calls for you ("Carrier"). Dispatcher books a load only after you approve that load. Dispatcher is not a broker or a motor carrier and never takes possession of freight.

Dispatcher's fee is 8% of the gross rate on the rate confirmation for each load Dispatcher books for you, not counting lumper fees or tolls that are reimbursed. There is no sign-up fee, no monthly fee, and no long-term contract.

Dispatcher sends one Square invoice every Friday for fees on loads you have been paid for. Each invoice is due within 1 business day after you are paid. The broker or your factoring company pays you, never Dispatcher. Never send bank, Social Security, or factoring login details through this website.

You keep your own operating authority and insurance and you operate safely. You are responsible for hours of service, equipment, and legal compliance. Dispatcher does not guarantee any amount of loads or income.

Either side can end this agreement at any time with 7 days' written notice. A text or email counts as written notice. Fees on loads already booked are still owed.

Dispatcher's liability is limited to the fees it received for the load in question. Indiana law applies. Typing your name in the form below is your legal signature, and a copy will be emailed to you.
